2. What’s the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order.
Yes, you can order samples, only non-printed and paid in advance.
5. Are we allowed to change the color of the invitations?
No, it’s not possible to change the color of the invitations, these are standard, but you can change the color of the printed text.
6. Will I receive an electronic template?
After the firm order is placed, you’ receive by e-mail a template with the text arrangement. That needs to be verified and confirmed by you and provide the ‘good for printing’ to us. If there are changed needed, we’ll adjust and resent the template for verification.
7. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost is supported by the client.
20 ron – courier (GLS, Fan, Transilvania), max. 2 working days
8. Can you ship internationally?
Yes, via Romanian post office. It takes around 10 days and costs cca 150 lei (this may differ depending on weight and destination).
Advance payment is required for international shipping.
Plata se poate face ramburs, la primirea coletului, sau plata in avans prin transfer bancar ori se poate achita cu cardul in momentul in care se plaseaza comanda online.
Asamblarea presupune imbinarea/unirea pieselor invitatiilor. Invitatiile se trimit pe piese, asamblarea fiind optionala si costa 0.5 lei/buc.
11. Ce inseamna taxa de urgenta?
Comanda se onoreaza in max. 2 zile lucratoare de la data comenzii.
12. Invitatiile au plic si este inclus in pret?
Da, daca in poza invitatiile apar cu plic, este inclus in pret.
13. Daca nu ne ajung invitatiile se poate comanda ulterior?
Da sigur ca se poate, trebuie sa trimiteti un mail pe contact@publiserv.ro si sa specificati ca doriti supliment (iar invitatiile vor fi identice cu cele din prima comanda).
14. De ce reduceri puteti beneficia?
Reduceri periodice care apar pe site.
15. Ce se intampla daca o comanda expediata nu se ridica la timp de la firma de transport?
Daca din diferite motive, nu reusiti sa ridicati de la curier o comanda trimisa catre dvs., in max. 7 zile de la expediere, aceasta se va intoarce la noi, pentru ca firma transportatoare nu pastreaza coletul in depozit pe o perioada indelungata. Pentru a retrimite comanda, plata acesteia se va face in avans prin virament bancar. La valoarea produselor, se vor adauga taxele de transport pentru turul – returul coletului.
16. Cum puteti deveni colaboratorul nostru?
